Processing Time

All orders are carefully hand-crafted and prepared for shipping. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. Custom orders may take longer, and estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

United States: 3–7 business days after processing

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

For safety and quality reasons, all woodburning products are for indoor use only and must be protected from direct sunlight and extreme moisture during transit.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
